What are the payment options?
A small initial deposit is required for every package. The amount of deposit depends on the package you choose. Regular daily payments (or multiple days at a time) are made via mobile money.
Payments are made via mobile money. Your account is updated automatically when payment is received. You then receive an SMS confirmation and token code.
Yes. Each token is payment for a full 24-hours. This means you can use your system any time over the next 24 hours. For example, if you make your payment at 7PM, you are paid up until 7PM the following day.

Solar Panda is their first opportunity to build credit history, thanks to our loan-to-own payment plan. The Membership Fee is a small monthly payment that allows customers to access very affordable daily tokens. It’s paid at the beginning of each month after the initial purchase and is required while the loan is still active.
Yes, you can! To prepay your Membership Fee, simply add #1 at the end of your account number when making your payment.
You stop paying the Membership Fee once your loan is fully paid off.
If you finish paying early, you save on Membership Fees.
If you finish late, you will pay a bit more, as the fee continues until the loan is completed.
How does installation work?
Solar Panda offers free installation for all TV packages. TV packages are installed by professional installers, ensuring the product is professionally installed for maximum benefit.
All TV packages are installed free of charge by professional installers. Our other solar home products come with easy-to-follow installation instructions. If you have any questions during the installation process, please call Customer Care toll-free.
If you move, call us at Customer Care to inform us of your new location. We will arrange for a qualified installer to assist with re-installation in the new location for a small fee.
